Printed Material

Scientific publications by staff of the Centre are listed separately.

Printed material to promote the Centre and its programs is produced by the visual resources units of the two parent organisations, CSIRO Plant Industry and the Australian National Botanic Gardens. Materials include leaflets and flyers, posters and reports.

In the early years the Centre published a Report of its activities every two or three years. This web site is intended to replace those Reports. The earlier reports were:

  • Centre for Plant Biodiversity Research 1999-2001 Report (pub. Dec 2001)
  • Centre for Plant Biodiversity Research 1996-98 Report (pub. Jul 1998)
  • Centre for Plant Biodiversity Research 1994-95 Report (pub. Oct 1995)

Leaflets:
A leaflet to inform people of the activities of the Centre is maintained in print and updated from time to time.

There is also a coloured flyer to promote Australia’s Virtual Herbarium on behalf of the Council of Heads of Australian Herbaria. It outlined the scope of the project, the benefits and the targets to be met over a five year period.

A flyer also promotes the Botanical Resource Centre. This is a joint project with the Australian National Botanic Gardens where the Reference Herbarium is located. The flyer was circulated widely through inclusion in mail-outs to local natural history groups.

Flyers for the latest edition of Euclid and the new version of the Rainforest Key were produced in partnership with CSIRO Publishing.
