| Thallus pale greenish fawn, thin, subtuberculate, rimose, glossy. Ascomata inconspicuous, scattered, concolorous with the thallus, sessile, less commonly immersed or subsessile, short, straight or curved, unbranched, 1–2 (–3) mm long, 0.5–0.8 mm wide; lips closed, with a conspicuous swollen thalline margin. Proper exciple lacking. Hymenium 250–300 µm thick, I–. Ascospores 1 per ascus, initially hyaline, becoming pale brown, densely muriform,
155–225 × 40–65 µm, I+ blue. CHEMISTRY: No lichen compounds detected. |
