Thallus off-white, thin, smooth, dull. Ascomata inconspicuous, fissurine, immersed, scattered, with slightly raised margins, simple or furcate, 0.5–1.5 mm long, c. 0.2 mm wide. Proper exciple thin, poorly defined, complete, pale reddish brown. Hymenium 90–100 µm thick. Ascospores submuriform to muriform, 8–10 × 2–3-locular, 28–35 × 8–10 µm, I+ blue. CHEMISTRY: Stictic acid. |

A very rare, corticolous species in north-eastern Qld; known only from the type locality. Also in Fiji. | ||
