Leaf lamina length

The length (in millimetres) of the leaf lamina, (fully expanded leaves, measured from leaf base to leaf tip and excluding the petiole and any extensions of the venation). Note that this definition does not apply to compound leaves. Where possible, a value should be determined from several measurements such that an average value or range (e.g. shortest to longest) may be entered.
