Allan, Margaret Forbes   (1924 - 2006)

Born in 1924; died on 22 December 2006 in Hobart, Tasmania.

She was also one of relatively few people that botanist Winifred Curtis would have called "a friend".

She was also involved with a set of little Plant Identikit books that were produced by the Tasmanian Australian Plants Society.

She was knowledgeable, modest and self-effacing, very kind, helpful and supportive.
